My Journey: From Loss to Creative Renewal
Life has a way of reshaping us in the most unexpected ways. For me, that transformation began with a series of profound changes — the end of my marriage, the loss of my home (and both pets), the closure of my esthetics business following a serious eye surgery, and the quiet shift into becoming an empty nester. Each one of these experiences carried a deep sense of grief and letting go, yet they also opened the doorway to something powerful: growth, self-discovery, and creative healing.
When my vision and livelihood were suddenly interrupted, I was forced to slow down. That stillness initially brought discomfort, but it also became an invitation to listen more deeply — to my body, to my emotions, and to my intuition. During this time, I discovered Intuition Painting, a process that became a lifeline and a language when words no longer seemed enough. Through painting, I learned to express emotions too complex to name — grief, hope, transformation — and to transform them into color, texture, and movement on paper.
This creative practice not only helped ease my emotional wounds but also supported my physical healing and spiritual growth. It taught me how art could transmute pain into presence and how expression could become a form of medicine.
Today, I share my journey not as a story of loss, but as one of renewal. Life’s challenges became my teachers, guiding me toward deeper intuition, resilience, and compassion — both for myself and for others navigating their own transitions.
Through my work, I hope to inspire others to see that healing and growth are always possible — even in the most uncertain seasons — and that creativity can guide you home to yourself.
